Designed by architects Perkins & Will, 123 North Wacker Drive is a 30-story, granite and glass-clad, steel-framed building. Its sleek elegance is echoed in the lobby, which features expanses of marble and bronze. Elevators are dressed in mahogany paneling with bronze ceilings. Interior offices feature 9-foot ceilings and full-height solid mahogany doors.
